So, a double whammy of bad news, wich at first really got me anoyed, however, after thinking it over i guess its not too much of a problem, here is my ramblings on it if anyone is interested:

Ok, hard to silver line this one, at least Mark is honest about it.
4 citys droped, thats a big big hit. However, we can live without the capitol citys -for a time- as long as they leave in the 4 zones before the city. If they make all races use the same empire vs chaos zones then i will be very disapointed, however if the dwarf vs orc and DE vs Elves zones stay in then i will be far less bitter. I know it kinda destroys the reason to fight over those areas but I can live with that, and so can many others im sure, for a few months at least.
I cant live with everyone crammed into the same zone, and having to do the same zone on all of my alts.
The good side to this then? Mythic are not putting anything half done into their game, which means the game that is there should be awsome. If they get the other citys in soon [and have the other zones there to start with] then most people would proberly not be -as- effected by it.
Will have to wait and see how this is handled before i make my judgment.

Ok, this one at first i thought was just as bad as the above, but after thinking about it, im not nearly as concerned over the loss of these classes as i was over the citys.
Granted, i was not planning to play any of these, but then i thought, nor where any of my friends, and if they did not appeal to any of us, maybe they appealed to almost no one, in which case, why should they be put in a game.
As mark said, its betetr for the players that they dont add them to the game at all, than it is for them to try and get them right after release. they can always add new classes, changing or removing an exsisting class causes all soerts of trouble [SWG anyone?]

Again, i am disapointed, however, two facts stand out from this:
The main guy at mythic came out and said this himself, most companys get a lacky or Press guy to do it for them
And he was very honest to us.

Those two points and the fact it proves the rest of the game should be quality, mean they will still get my money from the game sale. weather or not they get many months of my sub money is yet to be seen
